How do Flex & Combo Plans work?

You will receive account credits equivalent to 12, 16 or 22 tickets based on which plan you have chosen, in select seating levels, for any of the 75 Regular Season home games (based on availability). All tickets must be redeemed through your Albuquerque Isotopes Account Manager.

How do I redeem my tickets with my account credit through Account Manager?

You will redeem your tickets by going to the Account Manager tab at the top of the Albuquerque Isotopes webpage and logging in. From there, select the Buy Now and use the provided promo code to purchase tickets with your account credit. Tickets can only be redeemed through Account Manager.

After redeeming my credits, where can I find my tickets?

You can view your digital barcodes on your mobile phone or forward your tickets through your Account Manager on the Manage Tickets page.

What happens if I do not use all of my account credit by the end of the season?

Any unused funds left in your account WILL NOT roll over to the 2025 season and WILL NOT be refunded. You must use all your account credit by the end of the 2024 season or it will expire.

What if my seating level has no available seats?

In the event that seats are not available in the price level purchased, you will be able to use your account credit for lower-level seating based on availability.

Can I use my account credit on other items?

Your account credit may only be used for your selected Flex or Combo Plan. It may not be used on Isotopes merchandise, concessions, or other ticket plans.

Where do I pick up my Baseball Bucks for Combo Plans?

Your Ticket Sales Executive will reach out when Baseball Bucks are available for pickup. Baseball Bucks can be used for individual game tickets, merchandise at the Isotopes Pro Shop, concessions at Isotopes Park and fun and games in the Fun Zone.

How many tickets can I purchase per game with my Flex & Combo Plans?

Flex & Combo Plan Holders get early access to purchasing seats for the 2024 season. That date is still TBD. You can purchase all your tickets at once or on a game-by-game basis.
