John Thurman Field in Modesto, California is the home field of the Modesto Nuts, a Seattle Mariners affiliate in the California League. It was built in 1955 and holds 4,000 people. The park was renamed for California State Assemblyman John E. Thurman, from Modesto, in 1983. Originally named Del Webb Field, the park underwent renovations in 1997.
