Booking Groups - Best Practices

It's easy to book a group!

Select at least 3-5 dates that your group can attend a Space Cowboys game. We recommend choosing weekday games as well as weekend games to increase your chance of booking one of your preferred dates.
Pay a non-refundable deposit of 25%. We suggest that groups should be prepared to pay with a credit card at the time of reservation. If you need to issue the Space Cowboys a check, we must receive the check within 10 days of booking your event. This is an essential step to ensuring your reservation.
Need help coordinating tickets? The Space Cowboys can provide group posters and digital flyers to inform your group of all the exciting details.
Full payment is due three weeks prior to your event. Your dedicated sales representative will send you reminders to ensure payment is made on time.
Alternative ticket pickup/payment may be made via your Space Cowboys sales representative.

Group FAQs

Am I able to adjust the number of tickets I need?
Any revisions made to your group account will need to be made through your sales representative. Any additional tickets needed will be based on availability. The Space Cowboys will try their best to accommodate your needs (all groups are held to 80% of the original contracted amount).

What are the options if there is a rainout?
All field box and lawn groups will have the opportunity to reschedule your event. All tickets are based on availability. If your game includes any of the buffet options, contact your sales representative to review options.

Is parking included with all group options?
Discounted parking is available! All groups may park in Lot B located just across Oyster Creek.

Can I reserve my group on a non-game day?
Yes you can! For more information on non-game day group outings, visit our site HERE.

What do I need to do to reserve my group outing?
Contact Tyler Stamm at 281-207-9127 or [email protected] to select your date. We require a 25% deposit at the time of your reservation.

How will my group be recognized?
Your group will be recognized over the public address system during the game. Group names will also appear on the video board.

When is final payment due?
Final payment is due three weeks prior to your event. Your sales representative will be working with you closely to make sure your payment is collected.

When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets once everything is paid in full. We will not mail your tickets it it's within seven days of your event.

What justifies a group?
The Space Cowboys consider a group to be 20 or more. So gather your friends and family for a fun night out with the Sugar Land Space Cowboys!

Kinetic Loge Boxes - Concourse Suite

Cheer on your Space Cowboys from our Kinetic Loge Boxes! Located just beyond Sections 4 and 23 in our main seating bowl, our Kinetic Loge Boxes provide a private seating area and loaded value with your ticket that can be used for concessions or merchandise on day of game.

Bubbl'r Lun'r Landing - Concourse Suite

Our Bubbl'r Lun'r Landing is perfect for any outing! Located just beyond Section 1 in our main seating bowl, this private seating area includes amazing views and loaded value included with your ticket that can be used for concessions or merchandise on day of game.
